2. Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Server logs (IP address, time, URL, user agent) are processed to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Booking (TidyCal)

When you book a call you leave this site and use TidyCal. TidyCal processes your entries to schedule appointments on our behalf (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA under standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics (operated by us at ana.pwdshrt.link) to measure visits in aggregated form. Plausible does not use cookies and does not create personal profiles; we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding site use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is processed on our Plausible instance in the EU.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you consent in the cookie banner. We store your choice locally in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

5. Newsletter

If you sign up via the form on this website, we process your email address and, if you provide it, your name to send you email updates. German and English content uses separate mailing lists; the list matches the language version of the page where you subscribe.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give consent by checking the consent box in the signup form before submitting. You may withdraw consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by emailing us.

Sending and subscriber management are handled by our self-hosted newsletter system at mailing.verifactu-mallorca.com on our behalf. If email confirmation is required for signup (double opt-in), we only store your details after you click the confirmation link.

We keep your data for the newsletter until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

6. Fonts

Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google Fonts.
